Stealth surge suppressors are designed around the abilities of different technologies to handle environmental threats to different types of circuits. Sidactors, Tranzorbs, MOVs, resistors, inductive traces, ground planes and self-resetting SmartFuses are used in various combinations to protect video, telephone, data and power circuits against lightning and other hazards to a standard not available from single technology devices. Both overvoltage and overcurrent protection are provided - a greatly enhanced level of protection compared to the industry-standard overvoltage-only products.
Z Series The Z Series includes models for video, power, data and telephone in various combinations, provided in a sturdy plastic housing. Multiple input models are available for protection of digital video recorders and multiplexers, in desk top and rack mounted configurations.
